Head Coach
Organizes the players on the field and when they are batting. Coordiate the buddies and assistant coaches with the players that need help. Assign an adult pitcher and catcher. Responsible for bringing the equipment to the game and making sure they have everything needed (bats, gloves, tees, balls). Coordinating with the team mom to communicate information to the parents about upcoming events, games and attendance. Notifiying Randy of any questions, issues or problems.


Assistant Coach
Help the coach with the players when in the dugout, on the field, or when batting. Help with parent communication. Take over the coach function if coach is absent.


Team Mom
Make sure families receive published information about games and events in a timely manner. Follow up with families when a response is needed. Relay responses and / or questions to administration as needed.


Buddies
Help the coach run the games as requested. Provide help and guidance for the players at bat, on the field, and in the dugout. Service hours will be provided.



*All coaches and assistant coaches on the field will be required to have a mandatory background check.
